How I Overcome Mistakes While Speaking English
Guest post by: K.O.T. Kaweesha
Making mistakes in English used to make me feel shy and nervous. But I learned that mistakes are part of learning, not something to be afraid of. Now, when I make a mistake, I correct it gently and try again.
I practice speaking with my family and friends. They support me and never laugh at my mistakes. I also read aloud at home to improve my fluency and pronunciation. Little by little, I feel more confident.
Drawing or tip: I added a small speech bubble that says: “It’s okay to make mistakes!” to remind myself and others to keep trying.
